Director of Experience
Ed is lending his skills and expertise in web development and user experience for business, non-profit, and political clients. He is obsessed with increasing conversion rates and making websites efficient and accessible. Ed began his activism on Obama’s 2012 Presidential Campaign as a Field Organizer in Chesapeake, Virginia where he trained fellow field organizers how to optimize data for maximum voter persuasion efforts through the NGP-VAN database. When he’s not coding or analyzing data, Ed loves to train people on how to use his solutions and simplify tech for general audiences.
Digital Ads Buyer
Enrique began ad buying as an intern and has expanded over several years, now managing multiple accounts with six-figure monthly budgets. Enrique brings a combined passion for politics with years of experience – helping small and mid-size e-commerce companies grow their paid social ads to assisting large tech companies with a variety of their events, products, services, and partnerships – to E Street Group. Enrique received his B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and enjoys beach trips. Routinely, you would find him bowling, playing billiards, hiking, and visiting new museums. Since the Great Lockdown, he has been spending more time reading and watching his favorite sci-fi movies.
Kayla has worked over the years as a professional designer for small businesses, nonprofits, and corporate entities. Kayla has overseen design and led strategy across digital, print and social platforms. Her passion lies in designing for social change, conceptualizing brand identities, and delivering elegant solutions that leave long lasting impressions. Kayla previously worked as Senior Designer for the Democratic National Committee, as well as Fortune 500 company, MGM National Harbor. When she is not consumed in the great world of design, you can most likely find her in the kitchen exploring new ways to make dishes vegan friendly, venturing to new cities and enjoying time with family.
Director of Finance
Rachel brings a decade of political experience to E Street Group. Most recently serving as Finance Director for Congressman Earl Blumenauer in the 2018 cycle, Rachel raised $2.6 million dollars for the Congressman and directed over $1 million dollars to red to blue candidates nationally. Prior to her work with Congressman Blumenauer, Rachel was the Deputy Director of the Democratic Party of Oregon. Prior to her work in politics, Rachel worked in technical sciences. She was never a rocket scientist, just a nuclear scientist and a medical physicist. Rachel is excited to bring her passion for local and national issues, her knowledge of the fundraising world, and her extensive baking skills to the E Street Group.
Tim has been a leader in the development and implementation of national fundraising and political plans for national nonprofits, progressive advocacy efforts, and Democratic leaders in Congress - amounting to over $100 million in gifts, grants, and donations. Tim has developed strong relationships in diverse and progressive circles across the country and has worked with and on behalf of the DCCC, DNC and the DSCC to raise funds to create Democratic majorities in the House and Senate and build our party. Tim also has a deep portfolio with national non-profits and progressive organizations, including Angelina Jolie’s Global Action for Children and Alliance for Justice. Having spent the majority of his career based in DC while conducting extensive client travel to every corner of the country, Tim has cultivated strong relationships with national opinion leaders and is a sought-after advisor to a diverse group of constituencies.
Senior Video Producer
Victoria is a documentary filmmaker and visual creative. She was trained by industry leaders and assisted on many short films. Her biggest accomplishment was directing a feature film depicting stories of chronic illness, known as Becoming Incurable. When kicking back, she’s either diving into her Dungeons & Dragons campaign or catching up on her favorite TV shows.
Will most recently served as Senior Advisor at the DNC. Among other things, Will managed day-to-day relationships with labor unions, progressive partners, and DNC members. In 2015-2016, he was VP at BerlinRosen where he coordinated a $15 million-plus independent expenditure TV, mail, radio, digital, and field effort across twelve states to elect progressive Democrats to the position of District or States Attorney. During the 2014 cycle, he was the Executive Director of the Texas Democratic Party where he rebuilt a party from a staff of three to more than 350 by the end of the cycle–growing a budget from $500k to more than $10 million. Will got his start in progressive politics as a field organizer for the late Senator Paul Wellstone. He has fundraised, managed, or collaborated on campaigns across 49 states.
